It's time to experience letting go in a whole new way! Whatever your skill level, dancing has been scientifically proven to reduce stress. When you get into a groove, your brain releases dopamine – a natural mood booster, and endorphins – a natural painkiller. In other words, you get to exercise and relax at the same time!

Join Lexi Tavares for this creative healing journey on the beautiful Unity of Naples campus. This event features a fruit potluck (bring your favorite fruit!) and guided dance experience from 11:00am - 12:30pm.

This is an opportunity to broaden your experience of self-love. Groove & Flow Dance participants have expressed feeling more connected to others, and to their own emotions. The dance serves as a form of meditation, helping people to cope with stress and to attain serenity.
